Videos on Chrome

Hello! I've got a problem with videos on Chrome. The videos on Facebook are lagging per 0.1s by whole video. The problem appeared last week, before this was everything good. I add that i scanned the computer, i have uptaded every thing, i have reinstalled Chrome and the problem hasn't gone. On Internet Explorer is everything good.


I have Windows 8.1, i have the newest version of Chrome and Flash Player (PPAPI).
