Videos won't play

On my MSI GP63 Leopard 8RE, video on streaming platforms such as youtube, funimation, twitch, etc. won't play the video, just the audio or just load forever. I tried restarting my computer (not to the factory version), reinstalling adobe flash, and use other internet apps but none of them work. I believe everything is intact on the motherboard seeing that this computer is brand new. Please help me fix this problem.
