Videos wont load preview

For assistance, please provide the following:

• Operating system version
• Web browser and version
• Flash Player version
• Explain your problem in step-by-step detail if possible
• A direct link to a web page that demonstrates the problem
  • Providing a direct link to content, instead of something like "it's a general problem", is best.  This ensures those providing assistance are going to the same exact content you are having a problem with.
• If you get error messages, please provide a screenshot

Also, Java and Flash are completely separate and don't interact.
