videoweed say i have to install adobe flash player 11 but i already installed it in IE10 and all the video are working except videoweed and nosvideo, what can i do

I'm having the same problem. Was working fine yesterday, was watching videos half the day. Gone onto various sites today and I keep getting the same message:

To view this page ensure that Adobe Flash Player version 10.0.0 or greater is installed.

Tried pretty much all the advice online regarding what normally happens when flash player won't work, to no avail. Now I know I'm not the only one.
