vista and flash player 10

Question

Sooo I downloaded or upgraded to adobe flash player 10 and some games still say I need to upgrade.. Well I further googled the problem.. Something about turn the USC off and on.. Well thats not an option for me.. I only have one account..Do i make another account?? And then it said something about C:\windows\sys32... Go to flash.. go to properties.. blah blah... It wont let me change the properties.. I've been trying to fix it for 3 days now..

Please help!!

I seriously don't understand a word of what you're writing...

You mention "C:\windows\sys32..." - that indicates that you use Windows; what version?

What web browser do you use?

Can you see the Flash animiation at http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ ?
