Visual issues with flash player games (lagging and weird visual glitches)

Here is a screengrab of a typical flash game. See how its glitching like that? How do i fix this?

It was working perfectly and smoothly beforehand when i was using google chrome, but after discovering how much better firefox is i switched to firefox.

How do i fix this so my brother can play flash games such as the one above?
