Waiting for Flash Player Distribution License

I submitted the request for a Flash Player distribution license last week and have yet to receive any confirmation from Adobe that I submitted the request, was granted a distribution license, or denied the same.  We need to deploy a new version of Flash to a signification number of devices.  When should I expect a response back to my request?

Hi,

Apologies for not replying sooner.  The licensing team states the application was approved and the email sent on 26-Sept.  Please confirm if you did, or did not, receive the email.

Thank you.

Hi,

I received your PM and forwarded the information to the licensing team.  Unfortunately, they do not have a recent distribution request for the Adobe ID/email address you provided.  Please re-apply for the distribution license at Adobe Flash Player Distribution | Adobe .  Let me know when you re-apply and I'll notify the licensing team.

Thank  you.

Hi edwardj15157941 ,

Please private message me the Adobe ID/email address used to request the distribution license and I'll follow-up with the licensing team.  To send a private message, click on my user_name link and then on the 'Message' button link.  For reference, please include a link to this discussion topic.

In the interim, please check your spam folder for the email.  It comes from noreply@adobe.com and has an encrypted/signed PDF file attached, which some email systems have been known to block.

Thank you.
