Webcam allowing access causes crash in Flash10b.ocx

When i try to use services like Youtube webcam recording or Livestream.com web based streaming interface, after allowing the webcam access for the flash player explore, chrome, and Firefox crashes. It all work perfectly with other similar services like stickam, ustream, mebeam. I use both Vista (on my laptop) and XP (on a desk PC) and have the same problem. I also tryied unistalling antivirus, unistalling some software for web cam (manycam), disconnecting the webcam and in many other way. The web cam works perfectly with other softwares. I unistalled and installe Flahs player 10 times 🙂
