Webcam not working with flash 11

I have on my laptop Ubuntu 11.10 64bit with Firefox, I installed flash player 11 (64bit) from the Ubuntu Software Center (version flashplugin-installer 11.0.1.152ubuntu1).

When I browse websites that use webcam like ubiqq.com, chatroulette, etc... the flash popup asking me for webcam access permission shows up as usual, but I can't push any allow/disallow button, the popup is blocked and not responding. I did not have this issue with Ubuntu 11.04 and using the same version of flash player downloaded from adobe site and put it manually in the right folder.

Is this a known bug?

i'm not able to reproduce on 64-bit version of Ubuntu 11.04 and  updated 11.10.  for best experience, make sure to uninstall the wrapper and ensure the 64-bit flash binary is installer.

double check if flashplugin-installer 11.0.1.152ubuntu1  is the 64-bit version.  i've seen posts where users are installing and geting the 32-bit version with the wrapper.

also, make sure the settings UI is not obscured and the browser windows is large enough to display the flash stage.  there is a possibilty that the player thinks it's attempting to be hidden and won't allow clicks.

Can you tell me how to check the things you asked me, please?

I installed the first one you see here, it should be 64 bit:

In the meanwhile I tried using Firefox in Safe mode, but the problem persists, so we're sure it isn't an addon fault.

Ok, now I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it manually from Adobe site, but the problem persists.
