website requires flash player but windows 10 says it is installed and I can't install

Question

When trying to access a website it says flash player is required, but if I try to install it says it is already enabled.  I have windows 10.

Hi,As of Windows 8 Microsoft embeds Flash Player for Internet Explorer, and Edge in Windows 10, in the browser and there isn't a separate installer for it.
