I currently am using Windows XP SP2 with Firefox v 15.0.1. (flash 11.5.502.110)

For my schooling, I am required to access a Continuing Education website.

This website works on my laptop (Vista w/ Firefox 15.0.1) AND at work (Windows w/ Internet Explorer).

When I access this website on my current computer, everything loads, except there is a giant void in the middle of the screen. To me, it is currently a white space (it's supposed to be a flash of various cards/topics that scroll right

to left).

When I right click on the "space", I'm given the options of "settings..., global settings..., About Adobe Flash Player 11.5.502.110).

I have gone through each option and ensured that they are all set to allow.

Please help!!! My laptop is on it's last legs and this computer will be my constant

Have you tried to disable Hardware Acceleration?

Unfortunately, yes. I tried the site with it already "enabled". Then "disabled" it, closed the browser and opened site again ... still no flash
