My flash player is not working. It is not working on my laptop or my tablet. I keep getting an error message telling me to enable flash, and it is enabled. It is enabled on all my devices. I have also noticed this message when I try log on and use flash on the public computers at the library.

Most browsers in the US disable Flash Player by default.  This is a recent change, so a lot of existing websites just assume that if they can't see Flash present, it's not installed.
