Weird virus, I think

So while randomly surfing the web, I got an installation notification from windows that was trying to install something, which I denied.  A while later, I noticed a tab within Firefox  that looked exactly like a "install Flash player" page.  But the URL was something like oxiegoodmood.com. 

I've taken a screenshot of it and attached.

Just wanted people to be aware of this potential virus/scam, etc.
