Hi, Always list your operating system and browser(s) and versions.

Also did you use the Adobe Uninstaller first? And where were you trying to Install FP from?

This info will help to try to determine what your problem is.

    Also are you the Administrator?

    Thanks,

My operating system is Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002. My browser is Internet Explorer 8. I did not use adobe uninstaller. I was trying to install fp from http://get.adobe.som/flashplayer. If the administrator is the person the system is registered to, it is my husband.
