Question

What can I do if Adobe flash player is crashing every time I try to go on a website like youtube or Netflix that requires a flash plug-in?

Adobe Flash Player seems to have stopped working entirely on my computer. Any programs that require a flash player like Steam, Spotify, or Rainmeter won't respond or load and when I try and go to a website in my browser that requires a flash player, the browser freezes and I get an error message saying that  the shockwave plug-in has crashed. I've tried to re-install Adobe Flash multiple times and I know I have the latest version. Any help would be appreciated.

You can try disabling Protected Mode temporarily to see if that fixes the issues you have. Try unticking Hardware Acceleration as well. Do one of each first then both to see if that solves your issue. Youtube does not require a flash plug-in. You can switch to HTML5. Other than that, try the lower versions (aka extended support v18 and not v19).
