What can I do to fix my shockwave when it freezes repeatedly during a game?

Hi, I use Firefox most up to date version and Windows 7.  I have read through Adobe's information and I did what it said to do to fix and check the things it mentioned to no avail. I need help. I am stuck and can no longer play. The game is created by Funplus.com and is named Royal Story, if that matters. Thanks for any information.
