What does insufficient userprivledges mean?

Microsoft embeds Flash Player in Internet Explorer and Edge browser and releases updates via Windows Update.  There is no separate installer from Adobe for Flash Player for IE or Edge on Windows 10.

If you've gotten this message, you are probably installing Flash Player for Firefox or Opera. What is the file name of the installer you are using?  Please post a screenshot (see How to post a screenshot in the forum) of the error window.
