What Flash version for Intel Mac OS X 10.4.11?

Hi, I have an iMac that runs OS X 10.4.11, it's an Intel Core 2 Duo Mac not a Power PC one, and I was wondering what is the latest version of Flash I can download from Adobe's long list of archived versions? Thanks! And do I just download it or do I need to then do anything else? Sorry if it's a simple question!
