ADM is Adobe Download Manager. Sometimes it can "hang up" and stop the installation.

Download the Adobe Flash Player installer directly by right clicking one of the following links and selecting "Save as". Save it to your downloads folder.

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

Flash Player (For Mac OS X)

Reboot your system and THEN run the installer
