What is in the latest Adobe flash player update and will it change my Java install? Important reasons to know.....

The update in question is Version 16.0.0.235.

The reason I ask is I just updated my Java to the 64 bit version as I am running the 64 bit version of Windows 7 and there is a program I have that requires the 64 bit version.

The reason this is a question for me is:

I had updated the Java to 64 bit awhile back and somehow it was later downgraded to the 32 bit version. The only thing I can think of that may have changed that is one of my Adobe updates. In fact I believe that soon after upgrading to the 64 bit Java Flash player had an update that I installed, and I hadn't run the other program since then. That is why I am a little skeptical in doing this update.

Please advise.
