What is the alternative solution for Flashpalyer after end 2020

Hi Team,

I have two questions, basically they both same:

1. What will be the alternative solution for Flashplayer after it gets ended dec2020.

2. And what will be the right solution for exiting websites built-in supporting Flashplayer? will it work after flash player end? or we need to recreate the websites in HTML5?
