What pre adobe softeware need to be installed in a system to make it applicable for Microsoft monthly adobe patches

Hi All,

i have installed Adobe flash player 23 NAPI ( version 23.0.0.205) in a machine . adobe patch APSB16-39 [microsoft patch MS16-154 (3209498) ] is not applicable to that machine . i am not sure what should be installed in a machine to make applicable for adobe monthly patches . Can any one provide me the source link to download the application ?
