What version for Android?
What version should I download for Lg rebel 4? I am still learning. I do apologize for that. I am very interested in learning everything that I can. Would love to be able to help out other people also.

Adobe stopped Flash support for Android and IOS since 2011. however there is one cloud browser called puffin that have Flash built in. check it on google play
