What will happen to Flash websites after EOL? Can they be archived/downloaded?

So, since the death of Flash is inevitable, I'd like to know what will happen to flash websites. There's entire websites where the entire blasted thing is Flash-based. Links, contents, everything is Flash, and there's no way to contact the website owner to ask them if they have plans to migrate/rebuild the site. 

There are sites that I visit often, because the content is useful, so I'm wondering if there's something I can do here? I know games can be downloaded, but entire websites?
