Tried every solution suggested with no success and so has every one else. Come on Adobe please address this issue and bring out a fix rather than relying on forums and scripted answers. It is happening in firefox but I have seen other users reporting the issue with other browsers as well. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled firefox and flash player after trying every single fix suggested and wasting many hours.

I don't know your well known problem; please provide some details.

And what exactly do you mean with "scripted answers"; is this a new way of insulting the user volunteers in these forums?

Possibly you don't know about the well known problem because you haven't

had it so would have had no cause to research. Perhaps you are trying to be

facetious with your comment about my comment. No, if you you had read my

message carefully you would note that I was referring to adobe not the

volunteers on the forum. The scripted answers that I was referring to were

once again directed at the FAQ responses given by adobe. It appears that

many companies rely on user forums to address issues rather than seeing a

trend in problems being reported by users and actually addressing them

seriously themselves. To reiterate the issue. When opening flash based web

pages particularly those containing video (ie youtube) the page freezes but

after a while restarts. This may happen multiple times when viewing the

video. A dialogue box pops up reporting that the plugin (shockwave flash)

    may be busy.

You have misinterpreted my obvious frustration for abuse for some reason.

I have made numerous attempts to contact adobe with no response. Other

users experiencing the same problem have contacted me or reiterated that

they have had the same issue. You are the first person who has perhaps

    offered to help.

I have indeed never experienced anything like that, and I use Flash Player daily on multiple systems.

My first guess would be a slow or inconsistent Internet connection, either on the client or server side.

I don't know what else could be causing such behavior, but I don't think it's in the Flash Player code.
