When does adobe has planned to stop support for flash player in browsers

Hi,

  i am developer who has been involved in developing the flash application, below is the URL of the web version of the product, this is developed using adobe flex,away3d for 3d animation and now we are planning to move this to non flash technology due to non support in mobile devices as well as chrome browsers. So can you please let me know any date is planned to stop flash player in browsers.

And also please let me know if any alternative tool or technology is suggested by adobe for flash.
