When playing Candy Crush, it stopped recognizing that Falsh Player was installed.

Flash Player shows as instaled in Control Panel/uninstall programs, but does not show installed in Start/All programs and does not function with any activity requiring it. When downloading Flash Player from the Adobe site it jumps from 53% to complete. I have uninstalled the program using Control Panel, but to no avail. It still won't install properly.
