When trying to view a document I only see a grey box

Question

HelloWhen I try and view a document online using Google Chrome I can only see a grey box and the only way to make the document visible is to disable Adobe Flash Player in Chrome but I need it to be enabled.This is a picture of what I am seeing: Gyazo - 05acc0e72ca95a3af4930cf076e6a2e4.pngHow can I fix this?Thanks in advance

I forgot to mention that I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Adobe Flash Player and Google Chrome and the same issue happens in all browsers and I am using Windows 10
