When uninstalling flash cant remove ocx file

Hi,

When i tried to uninstall the previous version of flash and install a new one i cant get rid of the OCX (flash32_16_0_0_version.ocx).

We are working in a Windows 7 enterprise 64bits edition with internet explorer 10 as the Navigator.

We are pushing the new version through SCCM 2007.
