Whenever I click on a video in Facebook that launches a Flashplayer, it is at FULL VOLUME

Whenever I click on a video in Facebook that launches a Flashplayer, it is at FULL VOLUME. I see no way to make a change, let alone a permanent change.  Please help!   I use a PC w/XP.

Flash Player uses the system volume setting on WinXP, so wherever you put the system volume slider is where it's going to play.

You can get more granular control on Win7, but it doesn't work in Firefox.
