Whenever I play a CNN news video, I get this odd alligator joke video labeled advertisement

OS  Win 10 Pro 64bit

Browser  IE11.420.10586.0

So, I open IE11  I go to CNN.com.

I pick a news story.

I click on the video box in the story, and hit play.

Then, I get the same thing every time.  A 23 second video in a foreign language

of a man with his hand in an alligator's mouth.  A man walks behind him and slips,

goes boom, guy with hand startles.  Then the CNN news video plays.

Norton says I have no issues.

It was funny the first time. But how do I get rid of it?
