Every time I get sent to the download page it sees I have Windows 10 and wont let me download. I need to download the latest version of Flash so I can install it on other computers.
Is there a direct link where I can download it so I can push out the install?

The installers on the download page are stub installers and are not meant for distribution. If you wish to distribute Flash Player within an organization (public/private/etc) you'll need to license Flash Player for distribution (usually free) to obtain the offline installers. You can apply for a distribution license at http://www.adobe.com/products/players/flash-player-distribution.html.
The Flash Player Administrator's Guide also contains useful information for deploying and administering Flash Player within an organization.
