Where/How Do I Get Flash Player

Question

I have Windows 10.  I am using Google Chrome, and also have access to Internet Explorer.   I can not find a link to download Adobe flash, and I need it to watch video on a cable channel, and other videos that request it.

Microsoft embeds Flash Player ActiveX in Edge and Internet Explorer on Windows 10. There is no separate Flash Player installer for these browsers.

Google also embeds Flash Player PPAPI plugin in Chrome and there is no need to install it separately.

Both Microsoft and Google disable Flash by default, forcing the user to enable it, usually for each site they visit. Refer to the following tech notes for assistance:
