Where is my download?

I have downloaded adobe flash player onto my computer many times and when the installation is completed, I started to use the program but it seems the program is no way to be found. I have got adobe reader on my computer. Do I need adobe download assistant? What is wrong here?

    What is your web browser?

    Go to http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html - do you see

    1. the Flash animation?
    2. the installed Flash Player version?
