Where's the Settings Screen?

I've  downloaded  Flash 11.1.102.55, and installed it ( as the install checker agrees), but I've lost the Settings Screen.

This now comes up as IEcannot open the internet site:

http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager02.html

but it used to show the Settings Screen. Everything else is there, Settings Manager and Table of Contents, but no screen to adjust the settings on. Have you changed something in version 11?

I'm using Windows XP, IE8, 32 bit.

I previously used Flash to access and record log on info for secure sites, but don't appear to need this anymore, as I logged on without it!

Correct answer

You'll find it now in Windows Control Panel. Look for "Flash".

Does that mean (a) that the support website is no longer necessary/available, and (b) how do I add websites  to the list "on the fly" as i could before?
