where to download Flash Player MSI files

I would like to make a massive deploy of the version 27 of flash player in the company. But I cannot find anywhere the msi files.

We are licensed to other products of adobe.

Flash Player distribution has its own distribution license, it's not included in licenses for other products. If you do not have a Flash Player distribution license please go to Adobe Flash Player Distribution | Adobe to apply for the distribution license.

But to apply for the distribution license, do we have to pay sommething or just fill the form : Adobe Runtimes / Reader Distribution License Agreement for the flash player product ?
