Which application is using Adobe Flash Player

How to find out which application is using Flash player and will be affected if the Flash removed.

    You could try removing all the three Flash players (or less) and seeing if any of your apps fail. Mostly, Flash Player is used by web sites, so you could also visit all your important web sites. If this sounds unrealistic, I'd be inclined to agree.
