Which version of Adobe flash to update to?

I have already updated to Flash 11.7.700.224 and see that there are 2 updates, 11.8.800.94 and 11.7.700.232. Which version do i update to? Should i jump to 11.8 or stay on the 11.7 path? Whats the differences between the 2?  Help!!!

    11.7.700.232 is a security update.

    11.8 contains new features and many bug fixes; see http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1251100
