While try upload file get 2038 io error - mac+firefox+https(TLSv1.2)

Isuue happens only on mac+firefox+https(TLSv1.2);
OS X EI Captain Version 10.11.3
Firefox version 46.0.1
Flash Player Version (20,0,0,306)

If use chrome+mac+https or safari+mac+https or windows+firefox+https  or mac+firefox+http  - upload works correctly.
Only in combination firefox+mac+https  - get 2038 io error while try upload file.
While run wireshark to monitor the traffic. there is SSL handshake happening which is problem because TSL handshaking should happen.
