White Screen adobe flash player how to fix please?

Hi everyone,

I've been struggling in finding the solution to fixing this problem. I didn't have this problem until the recent update of 14.0.0.145. Whenever I try to access a video I get a white screen and when I right click it, it shows the message of "Movie not loaded..." and underneath About Adobe Flash Player, which directs me to the site.

  • I have already tried enabling it on FireFox as a plug-in and it still doesn't do anything
  • I have also tried disabling Adblock Plus as it seems to be the source of the problem for some people that I have read throughout some past forums, didn't fix it either.

My Computer and Specs:

ASUS

Windows 7 (64-bit)

Intel(R) Core (TM) i5-2450M CPU @ 2.50GHz

Installed memory (RAM): 8.00 GB

I would be more than grateful if anyone can give me tips and advice on possibly fixing the problem! Thank you.

Kyo

The only idea I have about "white" (sometimes "green") screen is to check for a newer graphics driver: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/945765

    Hello Pat,

Thank you for replying, I didn't think of updating my graphics driver. I followed your link and the steps it showed, the two drivers I have are Intel (R) HD Graphics 3000 and NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M, which are both up to date now. However, it did not seem to fix the problem, YouTube is working fine, TwitchTV is working fine as well, I'm wondering if it could be the site's problem and not mine?

Any other suggestions would be more than welcome, again I do appreciate it.

    Thanks!

    Kyo

Can you post a link to a site / video that behaves that way?
