Why Adobe Flush Player 11 cannot be installed?

Hi,

Every time I installe Adobe Flush Player, it does not work.

My system is Windows 7, 32 bit - default browser is Internet Explorer 9.

Each time I try to play a video clip, messaging me "you don't have a latest version of adobe flush player-get it now" - a link is there to download it. When I try to download it using Internt Explorer - I am asked to close the browser and try again. I did the same as required. But still it does not work.

I removed "Adobe Flush Player 10 Plugin" from my installed programs (I am not sure if did the right thing), then I installed again 'Adobe Flush Player 11' but the result is the same.

How can I get the job done.

Thank you,

Microad

Run the Flash Player Uninstaller as applicable for your machine(i.e.Windows or MAC) and remove flash player.

    For MAC : http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html

    For Windows : http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

    Restart the machine.

    Download and Re-install Flash Player.

    Restart the browser and check.

    Hi,

I followed your instruction, but uninstall process was not successful. Because clicking the Flush Player uninstall link, I found there is only a blank box, neither it displays a version of Flush Player, nor any error message - simplay a blank box. So, I could not proceed further.

For your information, I already removed/uninstalled Adobe Flush Player 10 Plug-in from my computer before any correspondence. (Whether it was appropriate, I don't know.)

I would appreciate your further co-operation.

    Many thanks,

    Microad

Did you enable Flash Player, as Arpit suggested, and check ActiveX Filtering?
