Question

Why can I no longer view video?

I am running 64-bit windows 7.  Since this week's AR 9 update, I can no longer view Flip videos.

Msg says there is no 64-bit support for the flash player.  Last week, it worked OK.  ???????????

Installing ver 10 of Flash Player solved the problem.

Hi bc, Glad you got it resolved. I'm sure it wasn't easy, since you were dealing with AR, Flash Player and the 64bit issue.

I read a Windows forum that discussed the 32bit/64bit issue and was more confused after reading that than I was before.

Finally I did some searching and found several links that explained it:-)

Thank you for marking your thread answered because you have 3 different subjects here and that is helpful. It is always

easier to search for the answered threads.

Let me rephrase my question.   How do I "back-out" the AR 9 update that led to my problem?

    March 15, 2010

Hi, I would remove it thru Programs and Features, it should be listed there where Adobe Flash, Java and other programs are. Now whether there is an Uninstaller for AR, I'm not sure, but you could enter that in the Adobe Search feature. That

    should bring up the info.

If you think that vs of AR caused a problem, you could see about installing a different version or perhaps the one you had.

    Hope this helps.

Hi bc, you do need to use the 32bit browser to use Flash Player. Here is a link for info on that.

This is some info on 64bit also
