Why can't Adobe Flash Player find my camera?

I've tried re-installing the Logitech C210 camera software multiple times with tips I found online without any success.  I know that the camera works, and Flash Player recognizes the camera's microphone, but when I click on the camera icon, it simply says "Cannot find camera".  I've tried in both Mozilla and Chrome.  Any help would be much appreciated.

    I'm assuming this is Windows.  Flash asks Windows to expose the cameras available on the system.  If we're not discovering the camera, it's because Windows isn't exposing it as available.

    This is typically an issue related to drivers, but without some specifics, like the operating system and version, I can't really provide you any useful direction beyond that.

    Sorry, I inadvertently didn't mention that I'm running on a Windows 7.
