Why can't I play any games when I have flash player 19 ?

My operating system is Windows 10 and everything was great until today. I was told I need adobe flash 10 or higher and need to download it. It has always been automatic until now. I tried 12 times to download and use flash and 12 times when I checked my download history, the word removed was next to the download. So I can't even access the most basic games. And I can't find what program is removing the software as soon as I load it.
