Question

Why can't I play my games anymore?

My daughter and I discovered a great website a few weeks ago that has some great educational games on it.  She started playing games and it was great.  She had her favorites that she played all the time.  Last week several of them stopped working, they get so far and then it is if they won't load at all.  She is five years old and this is really upsetting to her.  I have followed all the recommendations to get them to work again and have had no luck.

This is a screenshot of how far we get, it will sit at this screen for hours, but it's only a handful of games, not everyone on the website.  I just don't understand as she was able to play them before.  Please help me out here!

Sorry this is happening for her.  Lets start by trying to clear your browser (or Flash Player) cache and see if that helps.

How do I clear my Flash Player cache and settings?

Ok, next step would be to try and reset IE.  Have you tried using any other browser (Firefox or Chrome) to see if this occurs there too?
