Why can't install latest Flash Pla. on my iMac 27" Adobe won't recognize the p-word we just created?

I just created a NEW Password,   as I couldn't remember one from years ago,   when i first bought the Adobe Design Suite!     Adobe's site and i created just now a NEW Password,   but after trying 10 times,  it simply won't recogize it ?    Help!!

You need to provide the user ID and password using which you log in to your Mac machine. (not any user ID and password you created in Adobe site.)
