why cant i download flash player?

I have tried to install flash player as the test on this site told me I didn't have it but when I download it my laptop says I can only run one version why is this?

It is windows 8 & i have mozzila firefox as my browser. I have tried looking on here for trouble with the download & on mozzila but nothing works i even disabled avast aswell but still no luck.

Save that file. Close Firefox. Run the installer.
