why cant i update flash player on firefox??

I cant uodate flash player on firefox as it keeps telling me to close other window when get to "save file" screen..yet no other windows are open

    Hi,

    This could be something with the browser, not Flash Player, as the Save File feature is a browser feature.  Can you post a screenshot (see How to post a screenshot in the forum)

    What operating system and Firefox version is this on?
