Why do all videos start in negative reverse color in Edge, Firefox, IE, but not Chrome? After 5-8 seconds color returns.

When using Facebook app and a video using Flash Player scrolls up, it automatically starts up in like a negatively reversed color for several seconds before switching to correct color. It may go back and forth to unrecognizable color if moving mouse much while running.  Noticed in Edge, Firefox, and IE.  Not in Chrome. All drivers are said to be up to date. Uninstalled and reinstalled Flash Player.  Running Win10.
