Why do I have to install abode flash player every time that I sut down my coumpter?

WHY DO I HAVE INSTALL ABODE FLASH PLAYER EVERY TIME THAT I TRUN OFF MY COMPETER? I DID NOT USE TO HAVE TO DO THAT.
